Concierge services are managed through a network of third-party partners and individual service providers. Hotels Synergy, works with companies and independent concierge agents to ensure the best service.
Please note that all payments for travel bookings and services are handled by third-party providers.
Hotels Synergy does not process these payments. However, a service fee is charged for concierge services. Travellers interested in concierge services must first complete a concierge form, after which Hotels Synergy team will review the request and provide a quote.
The coordination fee is charged only if the traveler chooses to proceed with the concierge service.
