Welcome to Otel2rezerv (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our Website and the services we provide through it. 1. Overview of Services
1.1 Concierge Service. Otel2rezerv offers a concierge service to assist users in making reservations and bookings with third-party online travel agencies (OTAs) and travel-related service providers. Our role is to facilitate the booking process by providing tailored recommendations and booking assistance based on the Client’s preferences.
1.2 Coordination Fee. Otel2rezerv earns a non refundable coordination fee for providing concierge services, which is charged to the Client directly. Please note that payments for actual travel bookings, accommodations, and services are made to the respective Third-Party Providers, not Otel2rezerv.
1.3 Third-Party Providers. While Otel2rezerv may assist in facilitating bookings, all travel services are provided by third-party companies such as OTAs, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers (the “Third-Party Providers”). Otel2rezerv does not own, control, or manage these third-party services.
2. Relationship with Third-Party Providers
2.1 Affiliate Relationships. Otel2rezerv provides links and recommendations to Third-Party Providers for your convenience. When you make a reservation or purchase services via our Website or concierge service, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the Third-Party Provider.
2.2 No Responsibility for Third-Party Services. Otel2rezerv is not responsible for the quality, fulfillment, or availability of services provided by Third-Party Providers. Any issues, claims, or disputes related to bookings, cancellations, or other services provided by Third-Party Providers must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
2.3 No Guarantee. Otel2rezerv makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of services or prices offered by Third-Party Providers. We provide the information as it is presented by the Third-Party Providers and are not responsible for discrepancies in pricing, availability, or other details.
3. Payments
3.1 Service or coordination Fee. The Client agrees to pay Otel2rezerv a service fee for concierge services provided. The service fee covers the assistance in planning, booking, and assist reservations made through Third-Party Providers. Details of the service fee will be communicated to the Client in advance.
3.2 Third-Party Payments. All payments for travel services (including accommodations, transportation, and activities) are made directly to the Third-Party Providers. Otel2rezerv does not process these payments and is not responsible for any financial transactions or issues arising from the Client’s bookings with the Third-Party Providers.
3.3 Refunds and Cancellations. Refunds and cancellations for bookings are subject to the policies of the respective Third-Party Providers. Otel2rezerv does not control or manage the refund process. The Client must contact the Third-Party Provider directly to address any refund or cancellation requests.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Liability for Third-Party Services. Otel2rezerv shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising out of or related to the use of services provided by Third-Party Providers. This includes but is not limited to booking errors, travel delays, issues with accommodations, transportation, or customer service provided by Third-Party Providers.
4.2 Website and Service
Availability. Otel2rezerv strives to maintain the availability of the Website and concierge services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or downtime that may affect your ability to use the Website or our services.
4.3 No Warranty. Otel2rezerv provides its services and the Website “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Compliance with Laws. You agree to use Otel2rezerv in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Website or our concierge services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
5.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings or using the concierge services provided by Otel2rezerv.

6. Intellectual Property
